Great. Let's reward failure a bit more. That was the big mistake the communists made -- reward those who merely consume wealth, and punish those who create the wealth to be consumed. Doesn't work, as history shows, because sooner or later those who create wealth get the message, throw up their hands and join those who merely consume wealth and soon there is no more wealth left to consume. Those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it. Geesh, when will we learn?
