Providing a buyback is actually occuring. If this is the case. the next PR should address that. If not, a lot of people are being told information based on speculation. Plays involving billions of shares as this one does, often has "interesting" buy/sell blocks during it's tenure.

Success is easy...you just do the right thing the right way at the right time.
