rachelelise, thanks for weighing in, and sorry for the long delay in my response.

I agree that there have been other credible investment firms preceding SRA and I appreciate you pointing that out. I was just viewing the contrast between SRA and the firm that preceded them, and did not mean to ignore or downplay what came before.

I do think SRA came in a time when the one item that had always lacked in Wave's business plan was being deployed...namely hardware. Of course this was the TPM, the end result of a long process where the TCPA morphed into the TCG.

I do think SRA did well done to get the first three placements done at "market" (previous day's closing price). I am not sure how much gain there has been for the participants thus far, since the first four SRA placements are all significantly underwater. I do think some participants have been able to average their cost down by buying subsequent placements, but it's my understanding many of them still believe Wave will succeed, and being underwater is normal while waiting for a company like Wave to make revenues.

At least revenues are trending up with a good chance IMO that the increases will become substantial as the next two Q's unfold.
