why what do think ,pps doesn't go any where till new company starts reporting 10Q and in this case,its a pink sheet ,that does want to report to get to reporting ob board ,not stay on the pinks like most companies ,and then it has to be transparent which effc is not afraid to do,want reporting status and investor to know ,as for revenue and that ,10q is nearing release and then ob process will take a while ,2, 3 months to get to ob and have 10 q
