well if you look back at the dd that has been done we found a hotel with 27 floors and 1995 rooms. that is pretty specific. i did a seach for hotels with 1995 rooms and the grand sierra resort in reno nevada was the only one that showed up.

the RELM site mentioned a 27 story 1995 room hotel.

the iccc site says hotel $400 million. hotel / resort.

the hotel / resort deal was done using bonds for financing.

the bcloc product that hcpc offers is a bond product.

look at the DD. all things point to a legit deal here.

the 11.1MM deal closed and i see no reason why this will not as well.
