Who said anything about a hedge fund buying hcpc??? A hedge fund might dump shares into it's own pps, I think that's what was explained, to increase capital for originating funds for, say, a hotel resort.

Correct me if I'm wrong...but I think you just extracted phrases from a post and pasted them on a piece of carboard to get come up with this post.
