I did not mean to say that the co. was diluting directly necessarily, but it is still dilution in my understanding. The PPS has not been doing any better since the 13th, that's for sure. It may be that it is getting close to stabilizing--let's hope so. I guess it depends on how bad the sellers want to cash out I guess.
