Well it is sad jig, but in the face of an outright lie of a PR about Argo being done and now not, I suspect we shall see some kind of shareholder "class-action" suit fairly soon.

Should be an easy victory to me.

Everyone has an opinion, this is mine. Refute it, agree with it, or whatever...
