beebe had a vision, but not much of a plan and i'm talking detailed and precised plan here. to build a $40mil, 60mil gall/year biodisel plant without having any financing available at the time and without very basic knowledges as of what do you need for it to run (see his 1ton/day feedstock statement) ... that sounds more like a dream or desire or wish. hard to find someone to finance your dreams, with no questions asked.
