No reverse split! The A/S was increased to avoid a reverse split! Effecting a reverse split after increasing the A/S and diluting to raise funds would spell certain death. If a plan was put in place to avoid a reverse split we need to stick by that plan, as painful as it may be, and open stores and get financials rolling. Then we can talk about fixing the share structure.
