Virtual fence and physical fence are different, in that Boeing had the contract for "virtual fence".
The lighting was intended to be used for the virtual fence under the supplier agreement with Boeing, but that does not mean that there are not other opportunities to use the lighting on our borders whether for physical fence, replacement of the diesel-powered emergency lighting, etc.
I would not be surprised to see a marketing situation in which Boeing could also offer the Cyberlux products as "accessory items" when they sell their planes!!!
