Well fellow and lady sharholders, I guess MNTY BODS are happy now that we're heading right where they chose to take this stock. Been here almost two years. Set on the side line most of the way on this board. Seen and heard many promises, some kept and many not. Some very mysterious and some not! I guess for some like myself, subliminally think that if we question some of the obvious, we will jinks well hoped for gains. For a very long time we didn't hear a thing or even see any movement at all back in the previous .0001 days, which was encouraging and refreshing when we finally did. When we started to come back to life, the talk initially was about a shell stock, selling the shell, and then suddenly r/m. For me I didn't care what scheme, scam, or what ever the next move would be for ECFL, as long as it came to life. You see some of us happen to have invested 1,000s of dollars well above pennys not as flippers, but in what we thought was a lagitimate investment. I know that there are those on this board that like to say "It's a pinky, what do you expect", I wonder just how much those poeple invested, lost, or have the potential to lose. Some people like myself and those that think they know everything have much to learn, and have learned quite a bit, not only with this stock but others as well. But in this case, this one. Some would like to put down some stock holders, when they share their grief or concerns about where their hard earned Dollars are going. I guess poeple fail to remember, had it not been for all investors this stock or any for that matter wouldn't do squat. I'll say this to add, not ten cent, but several thousand of dollars input. If we do head back to .0001 and get hit with a r/s, many of us will have to reposition ourselves to recoup our money. To that end, many like to rationalize somehow a r/s can be a good thing. I grimace everytime Its mentioned here. From my experience, to mention one case with MHCU who did a 10,000:1 r/s in may of 07, and then again five months later for a 1000:1 r/s. It never moved forward in pps, in either case, not to mention the so called same amount of money your're left with after the r/s. It's not a given that you will have an equal dollar amount after. Of a $35,000 investment, the stock went down to .0001 which I had 55,000,000 shares prior to the r/s. Thus, after the r/s my shares were suddenly 5,500 worth only $275. at .05, not to mention I was barley able to trade the 5,500. Concequenlty, they lost all investors, and their trust, They had a pattern of changing there symbol, pomping/pimping p/r's then diluting again. Now they are possibly embarking upon a class action law suit, and a criminal investigation. Just today on CNBC it was mentioned that some CEOS are being indicted, and are possibly facing a 200 year in prison sentence. Yes this is pinky land, but as far as I can remeber fraud is fraud in this country. MHCU reported what seem to be believable mergers and deals all over the world. After the r/s none was ever mentioned again, no care, or concern at all for its investors and their money. Unfortunately, some of us don't have the luxury that others seem to have here, but to sit and wait and hope to get some of our money back that we invested. Here's another issue, I, like others told many people that I care about, not just here on USA soil, but in other parts of the world, about the possibities based on the companies reports, that MNTY may be a good opportunity to invest in. So far it seem to be just another great idea to attrack investors. I'm very disconcerted about how, we as shareholders have to get news from one of our co-shareholders on a forum board, how the company has a "diluting machine", and then weeks later a p/r is made public in this regard. It's not what I call inclusive to say the least. It's like starving thirsty people looking for a trickle of water or a bread crumb. In fact, it teeters on a slippery slope, and a very questionable business plan. Many previous post, even to this day, mysteriously appear out of the blue when shareholders become more aggressive with there dd. I've witnessed sarcasms, people thinking its funny to put down shareholders because of there input, their political view, their faith, their gender, their ethnic background, or how intellegent they appear, with down right belligerent childish feedback. Only because this was the only place for shareholders to express their thoughts, concerns, and inquiries, sad. I bet that there are a mixed level of investors here, some Doctor's, Engineers, Lawyer's, Men and Women of the faith, and probably Judges. I for one cannot say to innocent investors, "to bad to sad", many look up to what seem to be the more experienced and respectful poeple here, not because it the ideal enviornment for feedback, simply because there isn't any other place to go for information. I'm hoping for others and myself that, in the end whether sooner or later, we all do well! JMHO
