You are very correct. I did not figure in the buyback because I balanced it out with the $1 million as a worse case scenario for Expenses being captured and extinguished from the 65% origination fee which would have actually created an enhancement/surplus of funds added with the reduction of shares which would have added much more confusion for understanding the variety of ways it could have been mixed and matched. Given all of the variables associated, this would have very possibly left less room for any kind of disparity. I was trying my best to keep it simple.
