If your recollection is correct; did the CC cause the stock to rise? Is this a bullish indicator?
Scary that the company does not have site monitoring and someone designated to rectify and get the site back up in a timely fashion. The downtime is not beneficial to their page rank with Google, not that they would be too concerned about their web traffic.
