Yes but if you get a custom built machine, you can specify a dual output video card.

Actually it's VGA rather than VGI. And VGA means it's for the tube type monitors, not the flat LCD monitors.

If you're going to use LCD monitors you need DVI-I type outlets.

If you're using VGA monitors, you can use a dual outlet VGA+DVI outlet card with a DVI to VGA adaptor.
