Are you sure they must notify before they do the buy back. I have seen PR's that provide details of the buyback after the fact. Essentially saying IAW with Buy back plan, XXXX purchased 1.2M shares between 1-6 March at an average price of XX per share for a total value of XXXX.


Couldn't they argue that there previous releases provided prior notification of a planned buyback??? And this PR is to state the results of the buyback??
