I have been a shareholder for almost two yrs and have never posted before but felt compelled to do so after reading recent posts. I am not here to criticize but to merely offer my opinion. My name is Steve Ogden ( I live in Nova Scotia) and I just wanted to express some comments

(1) Peter( IR Person) and Anna (President) have been exceptional to deal with and are very conscientious about shareholders.
(2)I believe that their attempt to keep shareholders informed has caused some to misconstrue their intentions; that is to ultimately create shareholder value.
(3) Anna has just got back from New York and from what I understand was very well received
(4) Todd mentioned in his presentation a major marketing campaign was going to start soon. If you listen real close he also mentions about a TV telecast in the future
(5) Yes the FDA approval has been frustrating but I believe the wheels are in motion to get this resolved.
(6)If you look at the big picture the Company has sales and approvals for Lapex 2000 worldwide and will continue to grow not to mention the Dpa is already approved.
(7) The company does need additional exposure (ie institutions)I also believe this is the plan going forward as the company eventually seeks Nasdaq listing in the near future.
(8) Yes the stock is down again and needs to recover to the 1.20 range in order to change perception and momentum but I believe things are happening in the background to address this problem
I n closing I just want to say I am not looking for confrontation and will probably not post for awhile. I have throughly enjoyed my dealings with Meridian and look forward to the future.
