I only live 30min. from the company. I should go and take a look at their operations. They are in a very expensive part of Northern California. I very high class ritzy area where your common car is a BMW/Merceds and Land Rover. An Old 3 bedroom house there is $1 million bucks.

My friend owns a car dealership there and people dont even negotiate car prices, they just buy them. With a potential bottom forming here in the real estate market, we may start to see some major financing loans start popping up. HCPC looks to be in the right place at the right time.
