This is the "Susan person" I've been talking to.

Surface Mining Unit. Susan Wagner, Unit Manager ... Telephone: 404.657.5947 or 888.373.5947 (toll-free throughout Georgia) ...

You can find this by Googling Georgia Surface Mining Unit. It is the second link.

I have no intention of contacting the SEC. I haven't declared here, that DKGR is a scam. I haven't called Clayton any names. My objection is to DKGR and their supporters trying to make investors think Drake will start mining gold before they have permits. IMO, they are trying to get peoeple to buy now in the belief they will be producing gold "immediately" or even within the next few months.

The surface Mining Unit is a unit within the Georgia Environmental Protection Division. Don't you think environmental protection is high on the Division's priority list? Scan through the 11 page permit application. You'll see they require a permit applicant provide details of runoff control, sediment basins, sediment control, locations of spoil areas, plans for any stream re-routing, restoration plans, revegitation plans and on and on. The application states that all these provisions must be in place before clearing and grubbing can start. A local Strom Water Control permit must be acquired.

Of cource they can sample before permits are issued. Ms. Wagner said that as much as an acre could be disturbed during sampling.

How anyone can believe that it's OK with Georgia authorities for Drake to begin mining without a peermit is beyond me.

I think most get my point.
