Concerning the sale of the steakhouse, you more than likely anren't going to find anything because a lot of the deals are confidential. There was no real estate sold, if I am correct the building and the land were leased so you won't find anything on the assessors page. You only have Galos word to go by. Think of it this way, the deal with Baron has probably been help up until they sold the restaurant. Now that we have been told the retaurant has been sold Galo has some capital to close on the Baron deal. I am sure that is what the hold up was. Galo didn't want to change the capital structure of the company so he had to free up that money!!! The deal will be done soon. MAJOR you think the Baron deal is already priced in to the current PPS?
