Yes, I'm saying we're an empty shell. I don't know if they sold the restaurant, I haven't seen any proof to support that, and with almost every PR from this company being untrue, I need proof.
It all hangs on the Baron deal which I think is priced in already. If that falls through, then we should soon see levels that represent an empty shell until the next reverse merger.
