I stand by my post and they haven't removed that information from their website have they? Are they being prosecuted? Maybe the authorities can get you to testify? BTW, you said,

WITHOUT A PERMIT? I didn't see that part Does that mean you're lying? I didn't see the initials IMO so I assume this is fact? Please post a link.
