Thanks for that. I had an old (1995)Cert in a stock NIMU that I had been meaning to sent to E-trade so I filled it out just as you said. I thought it was worthless at one point but actually found it trading at .50 I need $4 to break even (12 years later)LOL but heck it's still worth something.
