I find the patent issue almost inconsequential at this time!! The company has a stock value of less than a buck/share and is 'on the brink' of going broke by the end of the year....and people are talking patent life. We've just gotten zapped by the FDA ....we bungled DARPA...we are trading at sickenly low levels....RD is not a 'shoe in'!

From a long time suffering investor's viewpoint, let's go for the quickest probable compound success, and worry about the patent issue after we (finally) achieve some success.

Most of us are way under water with COR, and we're worrying about patent life?........GEEEZ guys!
