Haysaw, The use patent for RD goes to 2027, but the comp of matter patent for Org-24448 only goes out to around 2017 (approx the same as CX-717).

Using one of the newer low impacts (CX-1739, CX-1763, etc) would give comp of matter patent protection to ~2027, so that would be the way to go.
