I have watched but I have learned also from my own mistakes with this company. The first was was not selling at .06 a couple of years ago. The second was not pushing for Mels dismissal earlier. Trust me I know alot about this company and have even visited one of there warehouses in New Jersey. So I really dont think there is much you can teach me..

Things need to happen and asap.

1. Mel's removal
2. Get rid of the Cornell debt.
3. Mel has screwed this company over so bad with his debt structuring it will be very difficult to climb out of this hole without a R/S.
