It depends on how the companies' lawyer defines "is".. lol. I'm not sure but as long as BNPD can prove that they were not being "payed" for consulting, but hired for raising money then there should be some monetary recourse for damages to the company by putting them off-schedule. There may also be some criminal elements to the case as well, but I'm not positive about it. IMHO
