dophin..we are certainly on the same page in "understanding" what a REAL pro-active mgt can do to create value.Obviously,the buyback hasn't worked to shore up value..the shorts simply have more $$...BUT a one time BIG divd creates "the need" for shorts to cover OR they pay the divd.I doubt if our shorts expect that and it certainly could create an impetus to turn us around..maybe mgt has "a better plan" to create value for we shareholders??
