I just talked to JD, He mentioned that Chrisry has been selling 504 stock that was supposed to be used for funding the production of BNPD's beverage line.

He said Chrisy is selling 504 like they were being paid to consult when indeed they were contracted to raise money for production.

JD has not received anything from Chrisry thus far and they have been selling via VFIN

I have to run, just wanted to update you guys.
