Good luck!! Not to discourage you but my friends told me this morning they are having a hard time with it...I think they should use the patch along with it to fight the withdrawals and cravings. Since you can smoke the first week while you're on it why not use a patch?? Donna is supposed to ask her doctor if they can do that.
