Just giving you what the camera saw, but yep, it was good for me. I didn't like what I saw when I got to the lakeland store. Absolutely nothing started yet, but when I got to the mesquite store, it's coming along real nice. The Landlord is doing the buildout as part of the lease agreement, as well as the landlord paying for it. Des said he was glad he wasn't having to pay the lightbill yet.
