The survey question was not dilution vs r/s. Dilution in pinksheets is rarely, if ever, controlled (I don't know if I've ever seen it done responsibly, but maybe someone has). It is usually a sign to "run for the hills!," i.e., the flood is coming. A vote for dilution is a vote for triple zeros. It becomes harder and harder to get out, hence the "quicksand" label. Basically, a vote for one is a vote for both
