I am very disappointed with this news, no getting around it.

You were right about where the share price and count were headed. I'm sorry to see the A/S raised so soon. There had better be some mining operations soon if this company is going to rescue the PPS.

Perihelion should have raised the needed capital in the ten to fifty cent range, not the sub penny range, where they have to get into ridiculous numbers and thus attract major naked shorting.

Did you watch the video of the SEC admitting to a serious problem with naked shorting?
