double EE.. It is very obvious now that when I discovered that there was 30 billion AS last year and John tried to say he couldn't changes it because of bylaws in the corporation from the previous management that it was his intent to have it that way all along.

He simply made the changes and Pr's to calm the herd down. He found that he could simply amend it down and then raise it up to accommodate the needs of the moment..

It is trading like a billion share stock because that is what it is becoming. Beebe has flat out lied and mislead the investment community as have been proven by his words then followed by his actions....

It will be now falling into the triple zero's like I have predicted simply because John Beebe has become so predictable in his actions.. His words leave something else to be desired though...

It is very clear what is taking place here and the other shell he acquired is just more proff of his real intent to simply sell shares for his own self dealing..

This latest revelation is the final nail in the coffin to seal its fate of becoming a triple zero woofer to be followed by the share consolidation party. (the reverse split monkey dance)
