Ummm...

Do you THINK that Drakes legal dept will ENSURE they have all assurances in place before scooping up 1 sq ft MORE than they are allowed to?

My word here... either you beleive that all the preparations are a fairy tale, and Drake is an ignorant company, OR, you have some other reason for attacking Drakes integrity on a project THEY know far more than you do or will.
