SUMMARY NOTES FOR DNC MULTIMEDIA 02/01/08 CONFERENCE CALL
Talk by CEO Robert Lott:
DnC Multimedia is the product of the business combination of DnC Tech, Inc. (Korea) & Pluginz, Inc. DnC is headquartered in Palo Alto, CA & maintains R&D and engineering in Seoul, Korea.
Advantage of maintaining the DnC Korea location is that it’s near Chinese manufacturing plants. Advantage of DnC CA location is that Silicon Valley is “deal making ground”. Also near such cos. as NVIDIA (Forbes Platinum 400; Forbes Company of the Year 1/7/08), a key DnC business partner; and Adobe, an Alliance Partner for plugins through Bedagi.com, part of the Pluginz Network.
DnC has provided multimedia cell phones for NEC and SK Telecom, and media players for Napster, SanDisk, Sony, and Best Buy (Insignia brand).

Discussions with Other Companies
1. Business Objects (an SAP company) - Currently in discussions with this enterprise software co. to develop a marketplace for 3rd party software plugins.
2. NVIDIA - In discussions to create a site for a 3rd party developer community so they can develop their own Sideshow “gadgets”.
3. Fortune 500 company approaced DnC to develop a low cost, portable High Definition Radio. Presently preparing a comprehensive proposal.
Two Potential Acquisitions - Next Quarter
1. A company that is a leading developer of software plugins, in the top 5 of software plugins.
2. A composite visual effects company that provides high end visual effects for the post-production film and TV industry. CEO is highly regarded in the technology community
and has worked on post-production for major feature films. Their software application was designed to be plugin extensible, and has DRM (digital rights management) technology which ensures that DnC would profit by the sale of every plugin.
“Sideshow PMP” - DnC Branded
DnC has developed a new portable device “Sideshow PMP” which takes advantage of Microsoft’s Windows Vista Sideshow feature. “Sideshow PMP” enables files on a Windows
Vista-enabled PC to be accessed by a portable device via Bluetooth even when the PC is turned off and has no access to AC/DC power”.
“Sideshow PMP” (bluetooth) will be available for sale in the near future @ $150 per unit.
“Sideshow PMP” using Wi-Fi will be available in the third quarter @ $200 per unit. Some companies are interested in the “Sideshow PMP” technology. DnC may enter into OEM
agreements, or it may license the technology to laptop manufacturers.
A new website will be created in the near future to sell “gadgets” for the “Sideshow PMP”. “Sideshow PMP” will come preloaded with “gadgets” but will be capable of downloading other “gadgets”.
Difficult to gage the demand for “Sideshow PMP”. Assuming sales of 1/10 of 1% of 100 million Vista users, 2008 revenue for PMP sales could be an estimated $15-20 million.
“GPS Navigation/Video Player” (niche specific device)
DnC has launched a new device which provides GPS navigation, play movies, music, view photos, and support Microsoft Windows applications, among its multimedia capabilities.
“Sports Radio”
DnC developing a first of its kind portable AM radio, the size of an ipod, for sports enthusiasts.
Microsoft Xbox Community - Mentioned creating a community around Microsoft’s XNA
platform. Users would be able to create their own video games.
Q&A Session
DnC does not plan to become listed on the U.K. exchange as it’s presently listed on the Frankfurt
exchange. They are interested in migrating to the AMEX or Nasdaq.
