NO DELAYS FROM CO LOAD&READ .The last PR was very clear about it:"agreement for the acquisition of 80% of an international green brand for sustainable tourism has been sent out to all parties so the agreement can be executed by the end of this week(end of week of 4 th of feb that would be by friday 8 february). Each of the parties is also reviewing and finalizing the due diligence materials necessary for the close of the transaction.



With the execution of the definitive agreement, GTREX Capital expects to identify the targeted green brand for sustainable tourism and close the transaction shortly thereafter."

So we can assume that the excution of the agreement by both parties is done at the end of feb 4 week arround the 8 th!!!
and they will announce it after THE FINAL CLOSE that should occur shortly after and that would be starting MONDAY 11 of february!!!so the CO is finalising since the 11 and we are only the 15 !!!since 5 days they have been working on finalising the deal so in my opinion they are not late at all cause what are 4 business days to finalise an aquisition!!!
