Company Update:

1) Cashflowing

2) Paying off some debt with actual cash ($186,000)

3) IRS issue is no longer being ignored, and at least a plan will be made to resolve it.

4) Dutchess debt resolvement is questionable.

5) 07 10k will be best year ever.

Overall it is positive. MG Dalby's terms of the Dutchess retirement could be a little more concrete. How can Dutchess be vague about the actual debt owed, and or terms of the loan, and not provide info on advice of their counsel. What the heck is that.

As always the stock price isn't flying, but emotions are.
