For those who have problems understanding GlobeSpeak...

"Sanswire Networks, subsidiary of GlobeTel Communications Corp. (Other OTC:GTEM.PK - News), and TAO-Technologies GmbH today announced that they've begun testing a lighter-than-air (LTA) platform capable of operating at altitudes of approximately 65,000 ft."

The word "capable" from GlobeTel means 100' on a tether. Remember, they told us the S2A would have to go to 65,000 feet also.

"The program's ultimate goal is to produce long endurance, LTA vehicles that provide various security- and communications-related services from the stratosphere for extended time periods."

The word "goal" from GlobeTel means certain failure. They have failed miseralbly at every significant goal they have ever announced.

"The current phase of the program consists of several untethered air- and ground-based tests of the proprietary components and systems."

Yes of course, we have heard of all the insignificant tests before that make for press releases but never lead to an actual sale.

"Future phases will include the unveiling of the stratospheric vehicle, and testing at gradually increasing altitudes that would lead to the vehicle's launch into the stratosphere."

Of course the word future "from" GlobeTel means they have their fingers crossed behind their back. The word "unveiling" means the S2A was as big a failure as every other "ship" Sanswire has attempted.

"Development and testing is ongoing, with the ultimate goal being one of the first controlled stratospheric flight and, as important, controlled return and recovery."

Of course it's just another "goal" but now they say... "one of the first"... Remember that 4 year lead on the competition, they had their fingers crossed then too.

"We believe that with GlobeTel's market entrees..."

The entrees no one has ever wanted enough to actually buy one...

"...we have put together a very specialized team with the capabilities to accomplish our high altitude goals,' said Dr. Bernd Kroplin, president of TAO-Technologies."

It's always about the "team" always about the "future" always about the "goals" and never about sales!

PS Dr. Kroplin, has anyone found the money yet?

you know the money your "previous" investors lost!

On June 7, 2002 the company announced insolvency and proceedings began the following month. The whereabouts of some of the 300 million euros of shareholder funds, from over 70,000 investors, is still unclear.
