Making any conclusions right now is a bit premature. The 10 bil A/S hasn't yet been confirmed (nor the reason for the increase, if indeed it's true), we've yet to see the first weekly update on the loans/financings/progress reports, and on top of that, Feb 25th has not yet come and gone.
All we can do for now is grin and bear the 0001 pps, and hope that we will soon be handsomely rewarded
