Q:Do you or any other readers here have any view as to whether or not this new relationship that Dicut has with Phase2e portends additional delays in getting their wares to some segments of the market, either through the GSA or directly to other buyers?
A: in my opinion yes, it could cause a bit of delay, in some cases, these guys a lot like "system integrators" if you will, they have the partners, the contacts, the clients and now they have an additional product to integrate into their package, i am quite sure, they will be set up as some type of wholesaler, or retailer, and probably get some sort of oem discount off the top, on the dicut portions of the packages that they sell........or in some cases, they may only charge a fee, for the engineering services, and the hardware and software are sold as a separate item, however, it doesnt really matter,imo.......these guys already have a great customer base...... and have already incorporated aurora into their website.....these things, also, dont happen overnight.....today, was rollout.......you can bet your sweet bippy that phase2e has been selling aurora, already......http://www.phase2e.com/clients.html

Q:Specifically, if Dicut is now going to be spending time repackaging/re-engineering the 'interface' part of their black boxes over at Phase2e, does that mean that their black boxes as they now exist can not still be sold soon?

A: i am quite sure they have assigned a project/account mgr or laision to work very closely with phas2e..........their client base is specific at this point.....and i am quite sure that dicut has other avenues to go to market........this is an ADDITIONAL revenue/marketing stream........i like it!

this is a fantastic fit, imo.......a terrific partner. these guys are planning for the future.....thats not to say that there wont be some near term wins, because there probably will be, but the big bucks will come later.......

as a side note, i see that they have dick schultze on board, from pennsylvannia........who else do we know from penn that heads up a newly formed whatchamallit.......lol......realtors say location, location, location.........i say contacts, contacts, contacts..........later gator, mikey
