We haven't heard about the SecureViewNet deal yet, or details about the company and its profits, not in any detail anyways. I'm sure its the type of news thats pending, so we are just in the Wait and See mode right now.

A few sales took us down, its likely a few sales will take us back up, such is the nature of the beast.

I'd agree that technically its not looking fantastic, but the RSI may be just about ready to bounce off 50. This is kind of a mid-way point from the way I perceive the charts, so if I was basing my play on TA, I'd probably wait for a confirmation on the turn.
