New DD..
First, I gotta get this off my chest.
On many boards there's lots of whinning and frustration and speculation about this and that. It baffels me that many people would invest in something without doing their own DD. It's a pretty easy task to find things out to help you make better decisions. So, with that said I have some very good news and some questionable news - all the info below was gathered in about 15 -20 minutes during my lunch...
First, I called the manager of the shopping center in Altus (Becky. She assured me that the Altus store is well under way and near completion. She expects it to open soon. She told me she was just about to call Jason. I asked her to give him my best regards and tell him to "keep up the good work."
Second, I talked to Willie, the manager of Terry's in Mesquite, TX. He's a good old boy!! Market 99 is next door to Terry's and is well under way. He guesses it will open within 20 days by the looks of things..
Third, take this for what it's worth - maybe something maybe not. I called the 22nd floor receptionist at 30 south wacker drive in Chicago. The 22nd floor houses about 100 businesses and share a common receptionist, office machines and the like. The receptionist has been there 2 years and has never heard of XiConsulting. That doesnt mean the guy doesnt work for someone else on the 22nd floor and builds web sites in between working his regular job and posting. Also, if you do a reverse search of his 847 phone number you'll find it's a cell phone. So, again this doesnt mean this web page guy isnt legit - it simple mean he doesnt have an office under his company name on that floor in that building..
