So you are admitting there is a "significant" short position here ? Please do tell. A "significant" short position harms any companies ability to raise money to build upon their business plan. If capital were not needed, why would anyone go public in the first place ? Regardless, BB still acquires, and the plant is right around the corner to producing biofuel, despite the obvious attack on the company IMO. The PPS is as a direct result of the "significant short position" you seem in the know about, not the actions of the CEO.
