A settlement is most likely completed or in the works with JPM. This settlement should include $$$ for MOSH which will be paid to the unit holders and the legal expenses. I have been trying to get more info but no one is talking and everyone is buying. I wonder what that means???

After we settle and get JPM out of the way MOSH will be able to go after PXD and Woodside full steam and should get a settlement in the hundreds of millions! This is the only logical explanation MOSH is requesting a NEW docket control order and not an amended one.

I don’t think you will see these prices for long. MOSH is in the best position I have seen since I have been following it.
