Not really sure, but following Fridays gain of around 30% and being up again today around 50% would lead one to believe that the motion for continuance requested by MOSH will be granted, thus shedding a whole new light on potential outcome of this suit.

Many here today, including myself, feel this could indicate that somebody knows something that is not yet public knowledge.
