Hey Gleno

Just my 2 cents..... Whoever dies with the most toys wins... is the saying. We are just passing through, so our tight hold on possessions and things doesn't make a lot of sense. The question is not how much power I have, when I have money, but how I can impower the people around me, with the money I have. First with your family and then with the community. When you do this, there starts a ripple effect that can change the community around you. It starts with the immediate family though. The joy of money comes from giving it away, enabling them to a higher level of shade from the hot sun of the world. The country looks to the government to do this, thinking this is compassion and this will have an effect...... The impact of personal involvement with no strings attached has a profound effect on the people around you, changing most in a hugely positive way. The secret is to look for opportunities and not to avoid them like the rest of the world. Every breath we take is a gift, every dollar we have is gift from God. It is how we live our lives that defines us, not by our wealth or power as the world defines greatness. The person who has a light hand on their posessions, wins in life. To often we think this is the church's or government's responsibility. It is.....we are the church, we are the government.......
