Re-read our posts. Neither of us said that we wanted to get a lawyer now. We were just commenting that it MAY be necessary to do so further down the road. Everyone in this "revolution" would prefer to hear from management and have our fears put to rest. What you are hearing on the board is the expression of years and years of unnecessary frustration, especially after massive dilution and, as you say, the financial situation right now is a cause for concern. If they would just say, "we anticipate being able to continue our research and meet our obligations without further dilution", we would all feel better. Even if they said, "we know we will have to sell additional stock to carry us through until revenue kicks in, which will be in about__________", at least we will know where we stand.
