20c and grandma,

talking about lawyers is thinking WAY too far down the road.

I doubt it is Management's intention to leave us in the dark for sooo long.

We all have plenty of valid issues with how money has been spent on worthless penny newsletters, the lack of regular updates, and the cookie cutter 10-Q's.

My prime issues are the alluding to a commercial product, and the not providing a factual foundation that one is in the pipeline for the next 9 months.

I am concerned about the company's financial position. If there is no product to be seem this year, then they have to dilute the shares to raise yet more money to achieve a product......for when?
