I disagree, when I buy a lottery ticket, they don't keep changing the drawing date... nor do they keep delaying to the point where the drawing never happens or the jackpot is worth nothing. Get my point? I am aware that both of them are a shot in the dark.

And believe me, I know gambling... I have been in the industry for years... and I have made a lot and lost a lot on the Pinks with BNPD being a big disappointment.
